Expired goods

I bought a 330ml of captain morgan spiced gold mixed drink that has already expired in 09 November 2012 I didn't check the expiry date when I bought it, I only realised after I drank it. I went to the manager after then he didn't attend the matter on the spot as he said to me he was busy he can only compensate me with another bottle of 330ml of the same bottle, as from now I don't knowhow this expired goods will impact my health.
