Their respond to my complain on the expired stock

My complain is the service at Shoprite Greenacres Mall. On Monday the 27th I went to do my groceries as usually and in one of the item I bought it was First Growth Milk that was expired. I didn't check it that day until I pour it to the bottle for my kid and he throw up that night and the following morning I was making him a porridge and the same thing happen until I look at the bottle and I saw that it expired on the 27th May 2013. Yesterday after work I went to Shoprite to show them the picture of the milk because I took a picture and I had a slip with me. The Service advices the Front couldn't even help me and I went to the count desk where I stand there for 20mins while waiting to be help. Until the Sales Manager pass by and I spoke to him about this matter. He told me that they haven't have the stock for the past 2 months so it's impossible that the milk could be theirs and that I should bring the milk even if I throw it away. Am not sure if it's because of the color or what. I will take this matter further. This morning I had look for this bottle in the dustbin just prove them that I bought this from them.
