BAD ATTITUDE FROM SO CALLED MANAGER OR SUPERVISOR

Visited kfc on the 3/01/2014 and I gave them my cheque card and I was told it declined by staff there and because I received a sms from my bank that funds were reserved by Kfc the supervisor came and told me that the funds will reverse back into my account and i told him that the funds will not as I work for the bank. I think he reaaly need taining on how to handle cliients as we were not getting anywhere i left with the food and when i got home the were no sides meals in the pack. tebogo made it clear that i could leave with the food an that he does not gaive a . my account is now debited but will ask debit card to reverse this transaction as i paid for nothing.
