Will tell a just to complete the sale

We purchased a smeg gas hob on the 24th September 2013. The sales lady named Geetha was very smooth talking about the product. Promised us the Smeg Grill (at no cost) which can be used on this hob that is valued at R2500.00. Which at that point they had no stock of. In any case upon making several calls in the weeks to follow (to check if the stock has arrived) and conversing with the 2 managers, she insists that this grill was not promised and she cannot gaurantee that we can have it at no cost. This we found to be ridiculous as this is one of the factors which influenced the sale. Both she and the manager asssured that they will arrange this grill and get back to us. Going onto 3 months, we have still not had any response from this sales lady or any of the managers. Very clearly, they would say and promise anything just to conclude their sale. Very disappointing for a well reputed store.
