Bad customer service

Hi I need your help, we bought a phone at Truworths and the phone gave us a problem and we returned it while it's still within the 7 day period of them taking responsibility. But all the want to do now after we came to the store numerous times they want to take the phone for evaluation and they said it will return after 4-6weeks. In The mean time my mom doesn't have a phone, and they intimidated her when she came. The stuff has attitude towards us. The phone was bought on the 19th Sep 2013, 1st complain was on 21st Sep 2013, 2nd complain 24 Sep 2013. We are frustrated as the phone as my mom needs the phone, we bought the phone because it was a need. Could you kindly assist on the matter. From Mathuto and Alice
