When I took my brand new full working wrist watch to get a new battery and its glass cleaned. I did not want to take it to just anyone so I decided on Metro Clock and Watch Repairs, priding themselves as watchmakers of the highest quality, only to find out they broke my watch a few weeks later, when I enquired why its taking so long.
The watch was given to them on the 18 of June 2013. Every time I had to phone only to hear excuses, part had to be ordered etc., promises to be phoned, only after weeks I phone again, still excuses.

I will never refer them to anyone I know, pathetic service, still haven't heard from them, after promises of it being fixed last week. Its 5 months already!! Please be aware, do not expect a professional service from these people.
