Good day

To date my concerns still remain unresolved.

I initially lodged my complaint on the 26 November and was contacted by Alex (assistant manager). On Friday 13th December I spent an agonising 2 hours in the store without any resolution.

Not only do I find this a complete waste of my valuable time, but it seems that House & Home would do their utmost to ensure that they leave their customers with complete dissatisfaction.
