PRE ORDERED PS4 STILL NOT DELIVERED

I formally want to lodge a complaint against CNA online as they have demonstrated that they cannot be trusted as supplier and cannot commit to their promises.
I pre ordered a PS4 via CNA online on 03/11/2013, anticipating that stocks will be sold out upon arrival.
After confirmation was received from CNA Online (05/11/2013) regarding the purchase the following was confirmed - Contact details, delivery arrangements.
On launch day (13/12/2013) after not receiving the PS4 as agreed I contacted CNA Online to confirm the delivery of the unit as they had promised. The excuse was that the delivery is not possible as they only work till 5PM, they also stated that they do not work on weekends and I was then promised delivery on the 17/11/13. This also did not happen.
The following needs to be addressed
1. The fact that CNA Online accepted my purchase knowing that they would not be able to deliver the goods as promised (I see this as)
2. They have created additional costs for my account as a result of myself trying to contact them on various occasions.
I will have no choice but to escalate this matter to a higher authority to assist me in resolving this matter.
