I placed an order telephonically with marzanne for couch - style 816c, it is the same one as used as the display on internet, i specified the colour i wanted which is grey. It comes with two colours, the standard colour being cream in all the different colours that are advitised for that make. After waiting for the order for so many weeks, the couch was delivered in one colour which is grey. I called margot explaining my frustration that i was expecting a Couch with two colours being grey and the standard colour being cream, she firstly took the whole day to get back to me and when she finally did, she told me that i said i want it to be all grey. There is nowhere in the invoice where it states that i made special requirements to make it all grey. Am so dissapointed by this firm, its my first time buying and i will never recommend it to anyone. Marzanne spoke out of tone and she has no experience in dealing with clients. Thank you joy furniture for spoiling my christmas and my new home. I was looking forward to enjoying my stay but now am stuck with the couch that i did not order. Am not stopping here am gonna take this further to my lawyer!!! Totally disappointed in you!!!
