Pathetic Service

I will never again purchase an appliance by game and would not recommend and body else to purchase at this store either. Their extended warranty is the biggest joke ever. Stamped in big bold letters on the extended warranty it says " giving you peace of mind" what it should say is " helping to push your blood pressure up and drive u mental" a month later and we still dont have our freezer. What we have had though is bad service, coupled with alot of apologies and really pathetic excuses. The manager blames the floor staff who in turn blames the manager when we confront them. More than a month later and we still have no freezer. Maybe I am missing the point, Can somebody tell me where the peace of mind part fits into this. I would like the CEO to give me a call, so i can give him a piece of my mind. LET HIM EXPLAIN TO MY 3YR OLD WHY THERE IS NO ICE LOLLIES IN THE FREEZER, WHEN ITS 40 DEGREES IN PAARL . My next purchase will be with Tafelberg Meubels!!!
