My 77 year old grandmother bought a defy 210L box freezer from ok power in welkom on the 21 of feb and was told to collect it the 22nd. she asked me to collect it for her. i got there on date as arranged with sofia (sales person) just to be told that i cannot get it as it has not been deliverd yet. keep in mind that i have a 52km trip to get to welkom and they have contact details to let us know. same story yesterday went to welkom to collect and now the story changed: the parys branch sold the freezer that was already sold to my grandmother. how does that work??? went in again today and spoke to a manager josef somebody with my consern. no help there just pulled up his shoulders and said he will try and find a freezer. how do you sell something you dont have? it took 3 trips to welkom and 156km and still no freezer. She is 77 with a broken freezer and meat rotting living on a pension and people dont care!!! keep in mind she payed cash on 21/02/2013.
