I bought a drill 3 weeks ago to drill holes in wood, yesterday I drilled a hole and was sanding it when it went pop annd slowed down smelling. I took it back and got told it had to go to the supplier, so that leaves me without a drill in the middle of a job, get told to buy anew one. So we are meant to spend money on rubbish that they supply and just carry on replcing it. The sales manager couldn't care a, and didn't even know who the boss was, she had to ask, 2 year guarantee what poppy just a rip off.By an american company
