No response from supplier!

I have orderd a desk and was charged R200.00 delivery fee, I live down the road from Decofurn. The desk arrives in a very thin box. I do know furnisher arrives unassembled but this desk had every loose!! I am not a carpenter, my desk is now assembled but can't lock and broke a piece of wood!!
