I went to decofurn 5 weeks ago to pay for the stuff i decided to buy, so they can be delivered by the time i move in. the friday the only delivered the dinning table and chairs which i had to assemble which they failed to disclose, their was no couches i paid for it and the delivery guys said the shop said they will call us and explain by the time they delivered it was 5;30pm shop was closed i couldnt call, i call that morning they didnt disclose that the couches arent coming and i went their Saturday morning a manager assisted he said no they factory says they dispatched the couches he will call the delivery guys 10 minutes later he comes back and says no they werent delivered because of stains and he will arrange for loan couches, they delivered 4pm that Saturday. today alomost four weeks later no contact from them called them Wednesday they said they would get back to me Thursday and to days Saturday i call them no answer try the cell number (irate) wanting to speak to the manager he doesnt apologise or try to explain all he does is give bad attitude which make me angry and swear @ him!!! where is my couches???
