I had a problem with couches that I bought from Coricraft six months ago. I had no joy form their call centre and posted a complaint on. I got a call from Claudette the same day. An assesor was sent out the next day and they agreed to replace my couches. After making contact with Claudette, everything was quick and efficient. Everybody can make a mistake, correcting it in this manner assures that I will buy from Corifcraft again.
