Incompetent Claudette

We purchased a king size bed from Coricraft in feb 2012. The base keeps collapsing. We are keeping it held up with a stack of magazines. We reported it to Coricraft Design Quarter and were referred to a certain Claudette (011) 6118728. She phoned us in december 2012 with numerous excuses as to why they could not assess the bed before 10 Jan. We accepted. 10 Jan came and went - and we heard nothing. We phoned her again - she said the earliest she could assist was 29 Jan. We said unacceptable. She promised to phone back the next day which she didn't. My husband had to then phone her yet again - and she had no apology for not getting back to us. She merely said that now she couldn't help us before 05 Feb. Later still. We phoned again and spoke to her assistant Fiona - who also has not bothered coming back to us. Please help.
