Pick 'n Pay
Bad attitude and a lack of stock

Not the first time I found Moningside View Pick 'n Pick in a neglected state. 'Cherry on the cake' happened on my last visit when I could hardly found ingredients to make a basic salad... no cucumber or green pepper. In my lack of time schedule I had to settle for an expired lettuce and tomato. It took me about 20min to find the rest of the ingredients on my shopping list.
At the till they declined both my savings and cheque debit cards. I stood there for a long while with untrained staff before the manager came who was this worse... not capable to assist, lack of problem solving and absolutely no client skills..His answer to me "Sorry I cannot help you"
Went to another Pick 'n Pay in Douglasdale and was received with friendly staff, fresh products and a pleasure to do shopping.
Morningside Pick 'n Pay is a waste of time and money and I will no longer give my support.
