This woman disrespected me

On the 14th I went to your shop in Chris Hani mall, upon fitting a couple of items I found out that the store was closing. I proceeded to the till to pay for my clothing which was just under R400. After paying the lady at the till gave me a slip which said I have a R40 voucher if I buy items worth R300 or more. I asked if I could redeem my voucher since my items exceeded R300, this request was refused. I then asked the lady to reverse my purchase and only ring up 1 item.

At this point Sylvia insulted me, called me a and dispecabIe. She continued to assault me verbally and told me that she will be taking back the voucher, I told her to take it back and to give me her manager's name, she told me she was the manager and refused to give me her name. This should be captured in your surveillance around 16H20 as a big argument ensued between me and her. This woman told me that even if I reported her I will also be told by her seniors that I am dispecable.

I want this woman dealt with, failing which I will pay up my account and move my business to an establishment where customers are treated with respect and not subjected to name calling and accusations.
