My father is a man of 87 years and in November 2013 I took him to Pick a Pay Durbanville-and were looking for a certain product which aparantly was out of stock-Nicky gave special attention to my fathers request and took down my phone number
before I left for JHB again Nicky informed that he got hold of the product and for my permission to order it which I confirmed
As I visit again in December-Nicky approuched me with the news that he ordered the product and that I can buy it for my father
needless to say that my father was very impressed by the service and so was I
