What a shocking experience dealing with SUPERBALIST. I purchased an Item on 10 Dec, the item was advertised to be a "ships fast" item and the system / website indicated that I would receive it on 13 Dec. Also, at checkout it indicated that it would be delivered 13 Dec. Great!

On 13 Dec, after many calls and live chats and tweets, nothing has been resolved. I was told at around 15:30 that the courier will phone me, NOTHING. I phoned customer care 17:02, no answer. The site indicates you are open until 17:30. But no, complete disregard for my query. I even sat at the delivery address an extra 2 hours, hoping it would turn up.

I am going on holiday tomorrow, precisely why I purchased the item because I figured that I would have it before I leave.

If you advertise that something will be shipped really fast and your system indicates on a specific day, you have to honour that. No excuses.

Your products are great and high-end, unfortunately your customer service cannot back that up in the slightest. I have spent thousands of rands at your store.

Thank you very much for doing nothing to sort this out. I don't even know where the product will eventually be delivered if, at all.
