Below is the email that I sent to Superbalist about how impressed I am with their services.

Good Day Superbalist,

I just wanted to inform you on how impressed I am with your services. Your site and all the payment processes are both fantastic. What I am most impressed with however is how quickly your products are delivered. I once purchased a bag that was delivered quicker that the expected date (a week earlier). On Monday. I purchased this little gadget, payment went through at about 8 am. I was informed that the expected delivery day was the 22 Nov, and the entire day I was receiving emails updating me on shipping and so forth and at 4 pm on the same day my product was delivered.

I would just like to say thank you for the great service and that I will definitely be buying from your site again... and again :)
