Poor service after purchase

I recently purchased another Spinning Bike after my last one from Makro broke (Another list of complaints on its own)
I bought a fairly pricey bike that was on special and was told by the salesman that it was a robust top of the range bike that would last for years to come. If I did have technical difficulties I could phone Sportsman's who would log a call to their technician who would be in contact 24 to 48 hours later.
Unsurprisingly I had problems after 2 Months! I called Sportsman's on Sunday Morning and told them exactly what the problem was. A broken monitor and/or sensor. I was told the call was logged to the technician. I phoned again Monday morning to make sure and was told they would contact me 24 to 48 hours [URL Removed] Friday I had had no contact from them. After a discussion with the manager I was told that the technicians would call, which they did. I then thought that they could fix the bike and I could continue with my training. The technicians came around and took a look at the bike and agreed with me that my diagnosis was correct and it was indeed the monitor or sensor. They then told me that they would order the parts from JoBurg! It would possibly arrive the following week!
