No ps4 launch for me

Today is friday 13 december a day I have been looking forward to since july. But insted of playing my new concole I am writing this complaint. Cna did not honour a console launch date for myself and several of my friends.(I cant wait to hear what sony international is going to do about this) this morning at 9am I called the call center to ask for a tracking number in anticipation for my delivery, I was assured that my order was dispatched and I would recieve it today or tuesday, I informed the person that it needs to be today as it is a national launch, never mind the fact that I had planned my entire weekend around setting up and experiencing my gift I had worked hard and planned for. Concerned I called back shortly after the lady was very friendly and assured me I would recieve it in a few hours and that I would be contacted when they were on route to confirm I would be available to collect. 14:00 I had not been contacted and followed up again, the gentleman helping me said he would contact the driver and give me a delivery time, in 15 minutes. One hour later I had still not been contacted so I called again to be told my console had not been dispatched. I have this all recorded
