So disappointed!

When Food Lovers Market in Sunningdale first opened I was so impressed, everyone was so helpful, there seemed to be managers all over the place. I recommended it to everyone.

I went there today again and am sad to say I will never go back. At the cheese section I asked for Cheezly which I have bought there before, the lady just said "sorry we don't have that" I eventually found it. I tried to get fresh fish, with 2 separate staff members, the one guy just told me that the other lady will help. I asked for some hake she smiled and said ok, carried on with something and I said I would come back in a bit, which I did. Asked her again she smiled and said ok, I waited for 10 minutes, I eventually said, don't worry I need to leave, she smiled and said ok. There was no one else waiting, on both occasions.
I went to the bakery to ask if they know where to find wheat free pizza bases, the gentlemen told me they don't stock it, I phoned a friend like in a game show and she told me where to find it. When I went to pay at the til someone was having a screaming match on the stairs by the offices which sounded like a bar fight.
Bought lettuce, came home, most of it is rotten. Such a pity
