More cream than cake

Every cake I buy from them has more cream than sponge. They have added tiramisu on their menu, bought it last Friday and all I saw was thick layers of cream and less sponge. I feel deceived, I payed for something else and not what I wanted.

NOT SATISFIED WITH THEIR PRODUCT!!!
