Inappropriate comment

Yesterday I went to return a pair of black skinny jeans at Woolworths, Walmer Park. It was the 2nd pair of skinny's I had to return in the last two months due to bad quality stitching and also the zip that broke. When I gave the jeans to the lady at customer service, explained and showed her the garment she remarked: "well maybe you should get a bigger size". I was so shocked by her remark, because the places where the stitching came undone on the pants had nothing to do with size. I asked her: "do you mean I got fatter? " and she smirked at me. I am absolutely shocked by the way this lady spoke to me. She did give me a refund, but honestly I'm so disappointed in Woolworths's service that I almost don't want to shop there anymore.
