Unbelievable service

I bought an item from these guys on line and it had a factory defect. I contacted them to inform them of my problem per e-mail and there response was immediate. I needed a new item asap but was not really available for them to deliver the item to me, yes you heard right, deliver it to me. This lady pulled out all the stops to accommodate me. I feel this kind of service is virtually non existent in this country. VERY WELL DONE AND THANK YOU AGAIN!!!
