Complaint about Jet and their services as well

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have a complain about Jet, I have account with them, in June i paid R400 that i owe them. In August they phone me said i owe them, i ask for what because my account is up to date then the guy raised that i have life cover and all sort of staff with them. My question was please can you tel me who signed that agreement or alternativly must sent me a voice record. they fail to do that. I went to Jet in Alexander around Mid October. Apparently they couldnt help me until they phoned call center. I ask the same question and the lady said my manager will come back to me end of November. I still waiting for a call from Jet till today until the company called VVM Debt Collectors phoned me that my accound was hand over to them for legal action. I still want Jet to prove and shown me who accept those insurance they said i have with them or voice not. Infact if they where debiting me i want that money back since that yea
