Edgars only has one number that you can dial 0116212800, they go through about 8 options - you make a selection and carry on holding till the automated message asks you to make the same selection again. Its madness, I then selected one of the options hoping they could transfer me quicker or at least give me an alternate number - they were not able to do both!!!
I didn't want to drive all the way to the branch to find they are out of stock - I hung up after 6 minutes as money doesn't grow on tress.
This is madness!!!
