Due to faulty batteries of Energizer, my camera flash was burned out. Mr Naidoo gave me professional and friendly service, and also refunded me with a new flash and cash back on the faulty batteries. This you call going the extra mile for your clients. If only more Managers had this attitude towards their clients. Managers can learn greatly from Mr Niadoo's Managing skills.
