No One to Assist

Went to apply for a phone contract arrived &had to hunt for someone to assist me & I was then passed onto Melissa to assist me. She very disinterestedly told that they were offline. I filled out all my forms& was told that I would be contacted. Two days later Melissa told me that my contract was approved & I asked when I needed to come in to sign final documents & get my phones & I was told that I can come in on any day and anytime as they close at 10pm. The next day I went to CNA &again waited 5mins & I again had to go get help. I was told Melissa is not in & the other guy who does contracts had gone home & to come back another day. The manager informed me that there was nothing she could do as she doesn't have access codes.
How as a manager do you have 2 consultants for contracts & have them both go home at the same time when there will be no one to assist clients when you close at 10pm?
I made a trip there to be told after having to hunt for help that sorry no one can help me.
Sorry does not give me back my time & energy nor does it replace the petrol to travel there for nothing!
I am so angry & extremely disappointed & wonder how with service like this you have any customers!
