I'm truly blow away by the exceptional service provided to me by Michael from Cape Union Mart (CUM) Cresta. I walked into the shop, was greeted immediately and asked if I required assistance. I was bringing in my LED Lenser which I purchased from CUM . It was damaged over two months ago crossing the Bloukrans River. The only question I was asked was did I purchase it from them and how long ago was it damaged. It was replaced with without hesitation. I will only purchase my hiking requirements from CUM Cresta henceforth and will be telling everyone I know and place it on all social mediums available. Well done Michael, you are the man!!!
