Poor service

Hi
I bought a bicycle for a small child today. I was looking at the display units and then tried to take one of the similar bikes that was still boxed on the shelf. two game employees was sitting on the gymming equipment arms folded and just watching me struggle to try and get the box of the shelf just above my head. In the end I just took the display unit as this was the only option available, this means that I did not get the training wheels or any extras with. This kind of service seems standard in game since Makro opened its doors in our town. As if massmart decided to take all the competent and helpful people to Makro and left the rest behind. Shopping at makro is a total different experience where people run to assist you. I don't care to much about the extras that I lost but change the attitude and service! Game is in such a convenient area but lack of service drives people to the edge of town to rather enjoy a pleasant shopping experience.
