SALES PEOPLE ARE LIARS

I was in Greenside doing shopping on Sunday the 08th of December when I saw Coricraft had a sale on a bed that I like. Unfortunately they had closed already. I then called around the next morning (started with Cresta, the lady I spoke to said they don't have stalk, I called Northgate, they confirmed that they have stalk. When I got there I was told a different story. Long story short, they. So I went back to Cresta, Mpho "helped me", she assured me that there is stock. I then paid cash and even advised them that I have to go on holiday from Friday. I had to pospone for Saturday just so I know I would have gotten the bed. They said Comfort will call me the next day to confirm that the bed will be ready on Friday for collection. Comfort did not even call me, I called in the afternoon and only then she told me that they do not have stalk at the warehouse as the bed has not even been shipped from Cape Town. I can only get it on the 17th. I am going away and this is such an inconvenience. Especially when I don't even owe them anything. Such a deservice. I am not impressed with Coricraft at all!!!
