I discovered that there is fradulent subscriptions on my account when I tried to close it in August. Consultant could not close the accont as the subscriptions were still active. To cut a long story short I have been going backwards and forwards between edgars customer service and RMCS since then everytime I am told that it is taken care of and someone will call me within 48hours. That never ever happened. Today (11Dec) I spoke to the most rude Super Vicer at RMCS Lindiwe. She would not let me speak and tried insisted that I must haved requested the subsriptions either via email, sms as most clients aprently do so and forget?? The nunmbers she gave me I do not know which aparently gets the airtime. I am talking Ceel C, MTN And Vodacom subscriptions. Today I am told Cell C and MTN is cancelled but the vodacom one is still active. But she would not listen that i never asked for those subsciptions. I was told moths ago that I would get refunded. But instead my account is still billed and I refuse to pay and I want to close the Edgars account once and for all. I feel that my personal information is not safe with Edgars at all. I am the victim here but they treat like I asked for it??
