Cancellation of airtime

I bought a cellphone on my account NOT on Contract & i started to recieve an airtime that i dont know where is coming from, when i call Vodacom they said my cell nr is on contract that is why i loose their benefits like talkingpoints etc. I went to Edgars at The Groove Mall in Pretoria they checked on my account they told me they dont know where is this airtime from is not on their record. I call Vodacom to asked them to cancelled it for me they said they cant & they send me an RMCS nr to call them, when i call them they took my nr & said they will come back to me till now am still waiting & i dont want this airtime... how can Edgards give RMCS my nr to do this thing without asking me? because i never agree with this & i never subscribe for that... i wish i can find out where are the offices of this RMCS!!!
