I am surely one of your most unhappy customer in RSA at this stage for poor customer service received from your C N A branch in George western Cape

I have order the following

1. Order no 0516001769 on the 26/09/2013

I have followed up twice in Nov 2013 from your branch without any success. I have log a complaint with your customer care line in November 2013

To date have either your customer care or your branch contacted me regarding my order or the complaint.

The sad part is that I have paid the full amount required from your company on the 26/09/2013 and that I have since not received my goods

I have contacted your head office this morning at 011 495 6000 and wanted to speak to your CEO but your receptionist refuse to put me through and told me that nobody can talk to him. I must speak to the head off the customer care department and without listening transferred me to him/her.

Her phone was answered by a machine and requested me to leave a message of which I did. Nobody called me back until now
