I AM WAITING FOR A PARCEL THAT WAS SENT FROM LENASIA TO PRETORIA FROM THE 12/2/2013. I HAVE CHECKED ON THE SAPO WEBSITE WITH THE TRACKING NUMBER AND IT ONLY SHOWS THAT THE ITEM WAS ACCEPTED AT THE BRANCH AND ON THE 12/2/2013. NO FUTHER DETAILS. I CALLED THE BRANCH AND THE MANAGER TOLD ME TO CALL CUSTOMER CARE. I CALLED CUSTOMER CARE AND THE LADY WAS VERY RUDE AND SAID THAT I MUST CALL THE BRANCH. I EXPLAINED TO HER THAT I DID CALL THE BRANCH AND THE MANAGER ASKED ME TO CALL CUSTOMER CARE. SHE TOLD ME THAT THE BRANCH IS STUPID AND SLAMMED THE PHONE. IS THIS THE SERVICE WE NEED TO RECEIVE FROM PEOPLE WHO THINK THEY ARE DOING US A FAVOUR???
