Request cannot be accomodated

So I walk into Coricraft and am fascinated by their work and quality of lounge suites. As I do enquiries I find that Coricraft makes to order and you choose what material or finish you want. I start thinking wow this is great. I found some nice designs that I like and would love to purchase however the size of your lounge suites would be too big for my floor plan and after enquiring whether the sizes advertised can be changed to what I require, I am told no this cannot be done.

I find it ridiculous that a company that makes to order cannot accommodate the clients sizes that they require but instead expect me to rather find something else in store smaller that will fit yet the lounge suite must be made even if I purchase?

Are you really prepare to push clients away based on size?
