Verimark
Treating customers like rubbish

On 9 December we went to Verimark, Cape Gate to purchase a specific item. The entire centre was still in the process of opening with most of the shops still closed. Normal opening time is 09h00.
When we got to the Verimark shop we saw that a display was being set-up in the mall open area - the door to the shop itself were open - (rolled op 90%)
I walked in to check the price of the item I were interested in with my grandson next to me, my wife and 2 other grandchildren were a couple of steps behind.
We heard this shouting - "Can you not see that everything is closed" "You are not allowed in now" - we saw that this was one of the people setting up the display - he loudly proclaimed to his colleagues - "Some of the people do not think"
My wife went to talk to him about the way in which he addressed the manner. He had the attitude that I can not be wrong - I will say what I want. He told us bluntly that he was responsible for security in the shop and that we posed a security threat that he will not allow - accept it or leave.
When my wife told him that she will take it up with Verimark - he told her that she can take it up with who she wants to - My name is Chris and I am the manage
