BAD AFTER SALES SERVICE

I purchased a leather corner unit from Boksburg, I told the sales lady I require the firmer seats. When the lounge suite arrived it was the floppy leather pillows. The lounge suite was damaged, and was returned. Various calls were made, but nothing ever happened. I waited along time for this exchange to happen (four months). On the Coricraft document (Number F41175 date 05/03/2012) I again wrote I ORDERED HARDER SEAT PILLOWS, YOU KEEP SENDING ME THE INCORRECT ORDER. (Number F39570). Due to not getting any feed back or response, I decided to except what was happening. November 2013 the framework on the seating collapsed. I called Coricraft, they collected the couch November 2013. Again, I requested harder seats. I still to date have not got my couch back! The after sales service is shocking! Not giving a client what they requested just for the sale is shocking, then ignoring their requests thereafter.
