I would like to complain about VERY poor customer service and brand experience.
My multi oven broke down more than 2 months ago, could even be longer. Your service technician came out and notified me that he needed to order a part.
No- one contacted after that. I followed up and was told to wait for the part??? How long do I need to wait?
