Wrong parts supplied by Agent. NO FEEDBACK

I contact LG Customer Service and get part number for a turntable motor for MP9482S Solardom oven. LG tell me I cannot order direct from them, I must order from an agent. I try the agent near Modderfontein, who never answered their phone. I call LG again, and get referred to an agent in Centurion, who are closed and no longer exist. I complain on LG Facebook page, they respond and refer me to TECSA in Jhb. I order and pay for parts, am told the part number has changed. I collect part, go home, install part, and PROBLEM. The d-shaft on the motor is plastic (the old one was metal - makes sense - this oven has a top and bottom element!) and the turntable doesn't fit the shaft. Cannot return the part to TECSA as it was a buy-out item (they bought from LG). All good until you try to use the oven - if there is nothing on the turntable, it turns. Anything heavier than a coffee mug, and the motor doesn''t turn. Clearly wrong part! LG not responding on their Facebook page to complaints, I call LG to complain, I am told part is obsolete and I should buy a new oven! I must spend R4600 because LG cannot supply a part costing less than R150?
