Service take your R450 never return

Well where do i start. I called customer care and they send through a service rep. He checks out the stove and you must pay R450. There response is we will order the part and get back to you. Ok this call must now be about 4 months old. Each time i have to call and they say they will get back to me and never do. The part never arrives... calls never get returned and i still sit with an oven i cant use. i have asked for a response from a senior manager but never get a call back. Tried 5 times today to call customer care but no answer. One brand i will never buy again.
Very disappointing Whirlpool.
