Ordered goods online - never delivered

Placed order online for PS3, mega bundle and skylanders starterpack.
Called them EVERY day from 3 December to find out what was happening and to ensure items get delivered as it was a birthday present.
At 4pm THE DAY BEFORE my sons birthday I am informed that there is no stock.
No only have I already paid for the goods - they have blatantly to me each time that they have called - to the extent that the they told me that they had no stock of sklanders - only today they tell me they do not have the console in stock.
Thank you CNA for messing up a childs birthday. It is disgusting. Will never use CNA again or any other EDCON group.
