I placed an Order for a small Gold Black pair of butterfly twist shoes on 6th November 2013. On the 7th November 2013 I received a medium pair of gold butterfly twists. I requested an exchange or a refund via email on 9th November 2013. I finally received a response to my e mail on 13 November 2013 by Phoebe the office manager at KBROS. After yet another follow up e mail on 26 November, Zaahid eventually replied requesting me to return the goods to his office for refund. I responed to his e mail saying that as this was not an error on my part. The company arrange for collection of the incorrectly dispatched item from me. The point of purchasing items online is to avoid this unnecessary and tedious process. I have still not had any response. the communication from this company and service has been extremely poor.
