I bought a bed in Nov 2012, after 3 days decided to return the bed as it wasn't comfortable. I contacted the supplier & advised them asap. Jay advised my husband that we couldn't return the bed - we quoted the Consumer Protection Act. Jay responded- you well within our rights & that he would get back to us. HE NEVER DID I CALLED HIM! We decided that we would instead accept a credit &purchase something else @ a later stage. Dial a bed insisted that we keep the bed until we decided on the alternate purchase. Jay quote us on furniture, ONCE AGAIN HE DOESN'T RESPOND... We initiated contact.this goes on for 1, 5 months. Then in Jan they come to collect the bed still we haven't received a quote for the furniture BUT THEY DECIDE TO COLLECT THE BED NOW! when I advised them in Nov that I didn't want it! In having to keep there goods for a prolonged period of time the bed collects dust & a mark appears -OUT OF MY CONTROL AS I LIVE IN A HOME &NOT DIALABEDS STORAGE FACILITY. They charge me to collect the bed &then again to return it as they won't accept it because now, its damaged. Then why not COLLECT IT WHEN I TOLD YOU I DON'T WANT IT BECAUSE YOU PASS THE COST OF DELIVERY ON ME ANYWAY.
