Online Chat is AMAZING!!

Once again, I am blown away by the service I received from Zando.
So much so, that I now prefer buying my clothes and shoes online than going to a mall.
The online chat people are always on-hand, always have answers to all my question: and I have LOTS of questions!
Z'Don is friendly, prompt and always sorts everything out for me. So much so that when I log in, I actually hope I go through to Z'Don. But they're all great!!
The status of my orders always take so long to update but Z'Don helps me out ASAP all the time.
KUDOS to Zando for having someone like Z'Don as a frontline for the customers.

One thing: status of the orders and returns take too long to autoupdate. If that can be sorted, I will be 100% happy. But at the moment, I'm 99% happy! For everything else, you have Z'Don. :)
