I purchased a lounge suite from UFO furniture in Centurion in August within the 30 I made them aware of defects with lounge suite but received no response instead I was made feel that I'm responsible for the complaints process after having made them aware of my dissatisfaction. I wiener back to the store and dealt wit Newman who made a list of all the problems which include stitching coming lose, headrest that is faulty, material being missing, poor assembly, cushions sagging and a cracking frame, I received no feedback to acknowledgement of the complaint, this more then 2 months after advising them of the problems I experienced with there so call gaurentee and service of imported furniture that hardly last pAst a month of purchase and service that's suppose to be world class. The manager Gavin could hardly assist or even listen to my complaint. I find this very disturbing for. Company of this magnitude as Gavin tells me that This might not be attended to since they will be closing soon, absolutely disgusting service not worth the price I paid for a supposed quality imported prosecuted worse then the goods made in china with service from 3rd world countries.
