Defamation of character and Bad attitude

On Sunday 5Dec 2013 around 14:45. I went to clicks to purchase some cosmetics. My worst mistake was carrying my laptop and other things in a back pack, which my fianc? was carrying. Because I was buying these cosmetics for someone else, and was not sure what to purchase I had to get my cell phone from my bag to find out what the person needed, which I then put back. I then had to pay for the items, while we were at the paying points with my fianc? He happened to mention to the customer the there was an open till point which said next customer please. Little did we know that we would get a bad attitude from this staff member (Tsepiso Manyake). After paying we left and headed to the next store. Only to get security to get us from edgars because we were accused of something. After our bag being searched. I was accused of a essence lipgloss. Which I had purchased a while ago. Just because it still happened to be new and that it was a coincidence that they had a -1 quantity. It was then assumed that the one I had was the one that was. I was not even shown a video footage of me. How embarrassing and demeaning. I'm never going back to clicks.
